The main goal of creating the Whispr messenger is to provide a secure and semi-offline messaging service that can offer the best services with minimal server resources. This includes End-to-End messaging with the world's strongest encryption, such that only the message owner can decrypt messages. Groups are also encrypted with a hybrid RSA/AES algorithm and can be implemented in the Secret messenger.
